This contract is for Authors wanting all of their books to be published .
Therefore this contract covers all books the Author writes.
The Author retains IP and copyright rights. Upon signing, rights to publish are assigned to
the Publisher for the contract's duration. The terms are:
• eBook and Print: 5 years
• Audio: 7 years
• Contract auto-renewals unless the Author notifies the Publisher 30 days before
renewal.
The Author must register the copyright with the US Copyright Office and bear associated
costs. The Publisher will place a copyright notice on all versions of the Work.
Royalties
• Direct sales from events and the Author's website: 100% royalties.
• Paperback books: 20% royalties.
• Audiobooks: 20% royalties.
• eBooks: 40% royalties.
